The Seeds For Hope Website, www.seedsforhope.org, (known in this document    as the "Site") is operated by Seeds For Hope, Inc.  The Site are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Site constitutes your  agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Subject to restriction, you may download, and print information from the Site for your own non-commercial use.  All other use of the material found on the site is prohibited without prior written permission from Seeds For Hope.

NOTIFICATION / CLAIM OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT    
            
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to the Site's designated agent. ALL OTHER IRRELEVANT INQUIRIES WILL RECEIVE NO RESPONSE.

Seeds For Hope respects the intellectual property of others, and we expect our users and visitors to do the same. Seeds For Hope will process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of notices complying with the DMCA, Seeds For Hope will act to remove or disable access to any material found to be infringing or found to be the subject of infringing activity and will act to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is found to be infringing.

USER SUBMISSIONS    
            
With the exception of any personal information that may identify the user, that we collect from you under the guidelines of our Privacy Policy, any material you transmit, upload, or post to the Site, shall be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietory to the user.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SEEDS FOR HOPE  BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL, DAMAGES, FRUSTRATION, OR LOSS, CAUSED BY OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MATERIALS AVAILABLE OR UNAVAILABLE ON THIS SITE.
